You agree to use Q4 Workspace services only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Misuse automation, AI, or integrations in a way that violates third-party platform policies

• Harass, abuse, or interfere with Q4 Workspace staff, contractors, or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

5. Client Data, Content, and Responsibilities

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data, content, files, credentials, and materials you provide (“Client Content”). Q4 Workspace does not claim ownership over your business data.
  
  

• License to Operate: By providing Client Content, you grant Q4 Workspace a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, store, and use such content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving services.
  
  

• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to share any data, credentials, or content provided to Q4 Workspace, including compliance with third-party platform terms and data protection laws.
  
  

6. Automation, AI, and Integrations Disclaimer

Q4 Workspace provides automation, AI, and integration services as tools and support systems, not guarantees of business outcomes.

• AI outputs may contain errors, limitations, or inaccuracies

• Automations and integrations rely on third-party platforms that may change, fail, or restrict access

• Q4 Workspace is not responsible for business losses, downtime, missed opportunities, or platform changes outside of our control

Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs, approving workflows, and monitoring results.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All proprietary systems, workflows, templates, code, documentation, branding, and materials developed by Q4 Workspace remain the intellectual property of Q4 Workspace LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute Q4 Workspace intellectual property without prior written permission.
  
  

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by your specific service agreement, proposal, or subscription plan.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Fees are non-refundable once services have started

Q4 Workspace may suspend or terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse services, or fail to meet payment obligations.

Upon termination:

• Access to services and systems may be revoked

• Any outstanding balances remain due

• No Warranty: Q4 Workspace services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, business results, or uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability
