In 2022, Jose Alvarez was running JA Signature Group, a growing real estate business in California. He had the vision, the clients and the drive, but not enough hours in the day. He needed help turning his ideas into structure and keeping everything organized while he focused on growing.
That’s when he hired Jay Rodriguez, a virtual assistant working remotely from Venezuela.
Jay started out making calls. As Jose trusted him with more, Jay grew into his administrative assistant, then his executive assistant, then operations manager, and eventually the manager of the entire real estate group. Along the way, he took on scheduling, bookings, meetings, day-to-day operations, automations and landing pages, building the processes the business ran on.

Then Jose gave Jay his biggest challenge yet: build a virtual assistant team that could keep the business running with or without either of them. A company where nothing depended on one person, and everything stayed organized no matter who was in the room.
For years, they met every day for at least an hour. Jose brought the ideas and the needs; Jay turned them into systems. Together, they built an operating model that actually worked.
Somewhere along the way, it stopped being a boss and an employee. It became a partnership.
And here’s the part most people don’t believe: Jose and Jay have never met in person. Jose works from California; Jay started in Venezuela and now lives in Spain. Every system, every company and every team you’ll read about below was built remotely. That’s why we know it works for you.
